PEOPLE BUSINESS PARTNER - LATAM LIFULL Connect is a Global Marketplace Group that operates over 250 vertical search sites across property, employment, and motoring in 63 different countries and 24 different languages. These sites operate under the Lamudi, icasas, Trovit, Mitula, Nestoria, and Nuroa brands. In addition, our network of 22 property portals in South-East Asian and Latam countries under DotProperty and Resem groups, help people find their next home.

This role will sit within the People Team department, reporting to the Global Chief People Officer, and working closely with senior management in LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Argentina, Peru and Chile). This position will be hybrid, some days in our offices in Mexico city and some other from home depending on the needs. At the beginning specially, office based will be required more frequently in order to build relationships with your key stakeholders.
What You Will
Do: Ensure deep and accurate understanding of the business activities and challenges and more specifically related to people aspects, connect business challenges to People activities and outcomes and help the organization tackle these challenges. Build a strong partnership with functional leaders to contribute to the design of effective People solutions related to organizational design & development, compensation & benefits, talent development, employee engagement, performance management, retention etc. Work in close collaboration with the rest of the People team for design, implementation and alignment.
Contribute to strengthening core values in the organization, foster a great environment within the organization, focusing on people and on how culture can help achieve organizational goals. Support the standardization of processes and best practices, ensuring compliance with local legislation and internal policies. Talent Management: collaborate with leaders to identify and grow our talent within the organization, as well as addressing performance issues and developing initiatives to improve employee engagement.
