Performance Marketing Manager, IN Seller Marketing
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts to drive new seller acquisition. You will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our Performance Marketing strategy across both paid & organic channels, with a focus on ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs). Key job responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive Performance Marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage paid search (SEM) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, including keyword research, bidding strategies, ad copy optimization, and landing page optimization.
• Run social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, focusing on audience targeting, creative development, and campaign optimization.
• Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Continuously test and optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve CPA, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage agency to implement SEO strategies to grow organic traffic.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with agencies and vendors.
• Build comprehensive and insightful reports highlighting key SEM, SMM & SEO metrics to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders & senior management.
• Work closely with internal teams across marketing, sales, and product development. About the team
The Amazon Seller Marketing team is responsible for the entire marketing lifecycle of the Amazon sellers – starting with identifying potential seller cohorts, creating awareness & demand for selling on Amazon, acquiring sellers, driving success for existing sellers through product & lifecycle marketing and creating an engaged community of sellers. In addition, the team is also responsible for driving key inputs that impact corporate reputation with a vision to digitize 1MM small businesses by 2025. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM & Soical media advertising best practices
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
