Pharma Business Analyst-Internship

Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Pharma Business Analyst in Mexico Cityto support remotely our projects in Basel, Switzerland.
You will be responsible for:

• Analyze and map existing processes
• Support in the development and implementation of new processes
• Collaborate across departments to understand needs and contribute to the development of innovative solutions
• Presenting progress reports and integrating feedbacks
• Proactively communicate process changes and updates to relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate the maintenance of master data required for interfacing between systems
• Creation of protocols for the execution and validation of new systems or new versions of systems
• Analyze, interpret, and visualize corporate data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights, aiding in strategic decision-making

Requirements for the role:

• Life Science or Business-related degrees or background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in Business Analysis, Design Thinking, Process Development and Process Mapping
• Proactivity, quick learner, strong communication and adaptability skills, accuracy, team working
• Proficiency in English language
