As a Principal , you will contribute to different phases of an engagement including client identification, launch, delivery and closure; handles client relations and complaints; contribute in conceptualizing innovative solutions based on anticipated needs of the industry; proactively look for existing client issues and work with Practice leadership to develop ideas; participates in and contributes to various team-level, practice-level and organizational-level initiatives WITH the objective of ensuring the highest levels of engagement delivery and management WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys Consulting.   • Communicate potential system or process enhancements to the Plant Implementation Team.
  • Perform & support User Acceptance Training at the sites.
  • Complete data validation activities as directed by the Plant Implementation Team.
  • Train the end users on the solution for their job role requirements.
  • Prepare the site managers and users for go-live, Support cutover inventory activities.
  • Support site conversion, Manage all stabilization functions.
  • Manage site signoff activities.
  • Leads the Quality Assurance functional group for a site.
  • Understands the integration points with other functional groups.
  • Participate in knowledge transition from the Plant Implementation Team to understand plant-specific requirements and solution, and plant personnel roles and training needs.
  • Leads the overall skills assessment related to Quality Assurance, training document review, and supplementary job aid creation that may be needed for a site.
  • Assists in facilitation of UAT testing at site.
  • Responsible for understanding the local data and how it needs to transform to map to customer standards.
  • Assist on-site during physical inventory & cutover activities to ensure material/batch/handling unit statuses & related data are accurate.
  • Assist with inventory reconciliation & re-counts.
  • Onsite for centrally located team responsible for user support post go-live, as well as defect reporting and working with the Build team on defect resolution.
  • Onsite shift coverage as necessary to ensure no gaps in coverage during operations, 1:1 & group support during stabilization.
  • Provide on-call support as needed.

Responsibilities include:
Project Execution
  • Understand project background and context, obtain clarity in expectations of the client, proactively ask for resources (tools, training, etc) as required to prepare for effective client delivery.
  • Participate in project launch activities, understand client context and sub-team’s own role and responsibilities to prepare for project execution.
  • Demonstrate mastery of key analytic techniques and use knowledge to perform complex analysis with limited guidance; lead key engagement deliverables; determines data collection techniques and sources; keep track of timelines and status; synthesizes large amounts of unstructured data and develops analyses that are rigorous, stand up to client scrutiny; delivers timely, accurate and professional work/deliverables.
  • Configure/design SAP functionality and processes.
  • Solution and document functional specifications.
  • Define, execute, and support testing of the solution.
  • Perform knowledge transfer to client and supporting organizations throughout all phases of the project.
  • Support management of project execution from start-to-finish to deliver according to plan (scope, quality, and time).
  • Test Execution and defect resolution.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP QA/QM (Quality Assurance/Quality Management) module implementation and support.
  • Experience in SAP QA/QM configuration and testing.
  • Experience in SAP QA/QM integration with other SAP modules such as PP (Production Planning), PM (Plant Maintenance), WM (Warehouse Management), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), and PS (Project Systems).
  • Experience in SAP QA/QM documentation creation including user manuals, process flows, and system configurations.
  • English level 80-90%.
  • Leadership skills.

  • Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to easily adapt to different communication and working styles.

  • Is willing to travel 4-5 days a week to different locations within the United States, México, and LATAM.

Preferred Qualifications for a Senior Consultant SAP QA QM:
  • Master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience in SAP QA/QM integration with other non-SAP systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution System), WMS (Warehouse Management System), and/or PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
  • Experience in SAP QA/QM implementation and support for consumer goods or manufacturing industry clients.
