Job Title: Sr Consultant / Principal Consultant, Marketing Automation Job Description The Marketing Automation Sr. Consultant/Principal Consultant is a strategic role in the digital marketing center of excellence (COE), driving client Marketing Automation and CRM strategy, personalization/journey capabilities, managing client project deliverables, and contributing as subject matter expert for team support as needed. This role serves as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for integrated Marketing Automation strategy and execution workstreams. This role is responsible for coordination and execution of projects in the following areas: Core Role Competencies: 1. Marketing Automation and Personalization Requirements & Build Design a. Understands the business needs/problems that automation will help to solve and help to translate the business needs into actionable Marketing Automation program requirements. b. Work with business strategy teams and client marketing teams to develop requirements for an integrated, sales enablement and multi-channel Marketing Automation strategy for specific client needs including campaigns, rewards program launches, app updates, and program overhauls. c. Identify and engage digital marketing subject matter experts to align processes for audience planning, personalization opportunity assessment, measurement strategy, tagging and tracking/analytics, Marketing Automation/CRM, and content development work. d. Responsible for the requirements documentation and build of Marketing Automation programs within a variety of enterprise-scale Marketing Automation platforms such as Adobe Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics to build program templates within the respective platform. e. Responsible for collaboration with appropriate data analysts/teams in defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure critical performance and compares performance against benchmark as well as best practice standards. 2. Client Management a. Serve as a senior Marketing Automation strategic consultant on enterprise-scale digital transformation and marketing maturity engagements. Support client data governance, marketing technology assessments, program design and modern marketing organizational strategy and planning. b. Manage ongoing client relationships with high-value consulting and business acumen to generate client satisfaction and trusted partner engagements. Role Responsibilities: · Understand client’s business requirements and help to drive initiatives that translate them into strategic Marketing Automation and CRM roadmaps, governance and technical requirements. · Craft compelling customer journeys in leading Marketing Automation platforms such as Adobe Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics. · Analyze customer data and behavior to identify key touchpoints and map out personalized experiences across the customer lifecycle (awareness, consideration, purchase, and loyalty). · Client management: Maintain regular contact with clients, keeping in mind their level of maturity, capabilities, constraints, pain points, and provide timely and effective responses to all client questions. · Journey orchestration: Master automated multi-channel journey experiences using platform tools like Journey Builder's visual canvas, incorporating email, SMS, push notifications, social media, and other channels. · Data-driven optimization: Track and analyze journey performance, A/B test different elements, and refine journeys for continuous improvement. · Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure Marketing Automation strategies align with overall business goals. · Stay ahead of the curve: Be passionate about Marketing Automation and keep up with the latest trends and tools in the Marketing Automation ecosystem. #ConcentrixCatalys Location: MEX Work-at-Home Language Requirements: Time Type: If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents
