We help enhance organisations project and program performance by identifying alternative project approaches, consistently aligning projects with corporate strategy, setting the tone and pace of programmes from the outset, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations and extracting value from agile program delivery. Our team's roles focus on project portfolio management for both people and client management. Additionally our team processes services such as portfolio, program, and project management which require a diverse range of skill sets needed and growth opportunities for new and experienced team members.

Educational Background:
Full-time Bachelor’s degree/equivalent is a must.
Advanced English Level is required is a must.
Past sourcing & procurement experience would be an added plus.
Experience of working with MS Excel, MS Access, Sourcing tools
Experience and / or knowledge in Sourcing and Procurement Services/ Execution in any sector (experience in the Financial Services, Health Industries, including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, Consumer Markets, Technology & Telecom and Retail sectors would be an added bonus).
Below are the details of knowledge requirements:
Sourcing and Procurement:
Primary
Contract Management (Working through multiple business stakeholders to take a contract from start to finish, managing contract renewals proactively, quick supplier negotiations)
Supplier Management (Conducting QBRs, managing supplier performance, etc.)
A strong understanding of procurement operations and/or understanding of procurement outsourcing operating model
Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba etc.
Understanding of fundamental principles of P2P including spend and commodity taxonomies, requisitioning, PO generation, receiving and invoice processing

Spend Analysis
Category savings assessment

Operating Model Design
Procurement Process Design
Design and execution of Strategic Sourcing initiatives including RFI / RFP (Request for Information / Request for Proposal) design, development and analysis,

Category management with knowledge of various Direct & Indirect Categories
Skills Preferred:
