The Job: The Professional Services Sales Architect is a customer facing role which provides in-depth technical knowledge to design implementation solutions in support of consulting engagements and/or sales opportunities.What you will be doing:Support sales teams by helping develop consulting engagement structure, proposals, and statements of work.Conduct current state capabilities and process assessments across business functions and apply best practices, industry research, and competitor research to drive an optimised future state capability and process architecture.Assist with prospect discovery sessions, demos and planning meetings.Provide requirements definition to prospects and customers for implementations.Ensure a full and proper handoff of contracts from sales process to implementation process.Meet or exceed annual sales targets.Participate and attend User Group and customer functions to reinforce customer rapport.What you will likely bring:Relevant experience in the Computer Software industryConfident and experienced negotiator able to drive revenue.Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for successExcellent presentation skillsAbility to communicate effectively with customers and executive staff.Effective time management and ability to prioritize competing requests.Knowledge of revenue forecastingLeadership and teambuilding skillsValid VisaWhat Could Set You Apart:1+ years applicable consulting experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.2+ years consulting in the manufacturing, distribution, or finance industry preferred. Bachelor’s degree in administration, Sells, Engineering, International Business, or related preferred (or equivalent experience) The Professional Services Team Professional Services play an instrumental role in the growth of Epicor.
