Level of Education:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Business, Finance, or similar.
Knowledge:
-Language: English.% (90)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 5 years experience in customer service/program management.
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to handle a group of direct report employees.
- Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.
- Understands shipment process/methods and incoterms.
- Manages:
OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer requests and reports.
