Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Axented, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, ensuring client satisfaction and success. We are looking for a self-motivated and highly organized individual who has a passion for project management and a drive to achieve excellence.
 
Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and deliver projects within the specified timeline and budget
* Create project schedules, milestones, and timelines, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
* Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
* Monitor and report on project progress, providing status updates to stakeholders and clients
* Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and communicating project updates and progress
* Conduct project evaluations and suggest process improvements for future projects
 
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing agency setting
* Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Jira, Asana or Trello
* Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
