Record To Report Fixed Asset Specialist

Location: Hybrid. CDMX
About the Role:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage day-to-day activities for Asset Management Performs the period-end closing and reporting in accordance with laws and Novartis required standards
• Performs the balance sheet account reconciliations of allocated accounts and ensures timely resolution and clean of overdue items identified
• Proactively reviews accounts to ensure all financial transactions are valid and recorded to ensure accuracy of reported data
• Updates and maintains Fixed Asset master data as required
• Resolves Fixed Asset related issues and disputes, escalates as required or coordinates with various departments to resolve

• University level degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Finance or Chartered Accountant / MBA desirable
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Financial background with 2+ year’ experience in ac-counting, reporting or finance.
• Familiarization with CAR process and accounting regulations
• SAP knowledge
