Your Role

The Regional Head of SCA for the LCL product oversees financial and volume performance, developing a strategic Sea Logistics and LCL business plan. They drive import/export volume growth, implement sales strategies, and manage regional budgets while contributing to the South Central America Sea Logistics operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the Regional Head of SCA for the LCLproduct, overseeing financial and volume performance.
• Develop regional business strategy for SeaLogistics and LCL product, aligning with global LCL strategy and regionalgoals.
• Influence the structure of the LCL team forbusiness and product development, collaborating with country LCL Managers andNational Sea Logistics Manager community.
• Drive import and export volume developmentacross the region, focusing on CP/GA/DA and large multinational accounts. Promotemulti-country consolidation solutions internally, specifically managing LCLpartnerships.
• Establish programs for RFQs, pricingmanagement, tender development, and customer data analysis to expand marketshare. 
• Procure rates and services of NVOCC for SCA, implement EDI connections with vendors, and review/manage cargo flows.
• Align with National Sea Logistics Managers onfinancial targets, analyze country P&L, and propose corrective actions forperformance improvement.
• Contribute as an integral part of the SouthCentral America Sea Logistics operations management team.
• Execute reporting, projects, and activitiesbased on business needs, while adhering to Kuehne + Nagel behaviors andcorporate guidelines.
