Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement & Learning Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Sales Enablement & Learning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing Sales enablement initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales teams globally. The ideal candidate will possess a background in sales, a passion for learning and development, and the ability to drive performance improvements through effective Sales enablement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation and Management
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and effective Sales enablement resources, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids.

  • Ensure content aligns with global and regional priorities.

  • Customize and translate materials to suit local needs

  • Organize and maintain a centralized repository of Sales enablement resources ensuring these are relevant, up to date, meet quality & standards and are accessible by everyone in sales.

2. Sales Training scheduling, implementation and/or delivery

  • Work with different stakeholders to schedule and manage delivery of sales training programs and events.

  • Manage logistics for training sessions, including finding presenters, materials preparation, and participant communication.

  • Manage and evaluate participants’ feedback

  • Foster a positive and participative learning environment to maximize engagement and knowledge retention

3. Bespoke Training Program Development and Implementation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, gaps, and areas for improvement in the sales process.

  • Design, develop, and implement bespoke sales training programs that align with global and regional priorities

  1. Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Implement and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

  • Regularly assess the impact of training on sales team performance and adjust programs accordingly.

  • Generate and maintain reports on training participation, effectiveness, and key performance indicators.

  • Solicit feedback from sales teams and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

  • Use local market knowledge and customers expertise to provide information to central functions in sales and other departments

5. Manage Communication and Reporting

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Technology and Sales to understand latest initiatives and ensure training content reflects current offerings and market trends

  • Communicate regularly with sales teams to promote upcoming training sessions, share relevant resources, and gather feedback.

  1. Sales Community Management
  • Work with subject matter experts to create and publish blogs, articles, videos on subject specific topics

  • Manage Q&A

  • Drive engagement within the sales community

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales and Sales enablement or in the design and implementation of Sales enablement initiatives such as playbooks and sales training.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate Sales enablement tools.

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.

  • Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
