To cope with the growth of the business, we are looking for candidates with strong ability to join our Diabetes Care division. Key responsibilities are as below:
- Lead a direct sales team to develop and motivate sales team members to promote and achieve sales target in ethical channel
- Manage distributor’s team to develop different retail trade channel in Hong Kong market in key accounts and general trade
- Maximize sales and profitability by appropriate sales strategies, marketing, technical and sales support programs
- Analyze sales performance and business review to identify issues and action plans
- Lead and coach both internal direct sales team and external distributors for achieving high level of salesforce effectiveness competence
- Build long term relationships with local KOLs, distributors, doctor customer accounts, and other partners
- Manage all compliance guidelines and sales-related materials
- Responsible for departmental ROI & KPI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or Health Science
- Minimum of 6 years of working experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industries
- Proven experience and performance record with distributor management is a must
- A strong network in medial and doctor sector is highly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate staff members and develop a culture of operational excellence
- Excellent team spirit, positive-thinking, goal-oriented spirit
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
