To all Sales Managers in Mexico who want to bring their expertise to the Caribbean. The British Virgin Islands offer a great opportunity.

LyfeDesign is looking for a talented individual with sales experience to fill the position as SENIOR - REGIONAL SALES MANAGER / COMMERCIAL LEAD for a prestigous company in the British Virgin Islands, BVI .

The postion requires to analyze data on customer base and ob revenues, and device and execute actions that will drive one and another. Coordination of activities that need to be lead by products and pricing, retail area and marketing to make sure there is a flawless execution that will deliver the increases in customer base and revenues.

Job Brief

  • Responsible of defining the commercial promotions that will drive acquisition of new subscriber through consumer channel on a monthly basis.
  • Define and execute the top-up promotions that will drive number of subs recharging and the average recharge per customer.
  • Define the cvm plan to incentivize plan purchases, revenue generation, churn reduction and customer activity in prepaid.
  • Subscriber base analysis as required on price increases, on non-data users, on roaming revenues/users.
  • Track and analyze OB revenues, and device activities that will drive revenues by upselling the base, increasing what we do, how we push it up.
  • Define retention strategy for postpaid and prepaid customers.
  • Run a continuous calendar for upselling the base to plans, new products and services.
  • Create new sales channels and OB programs that will enable to either grow our subscriber base and our revenues.
  • Roaming revenues strategy and focus.
  • Do segmentation analysis and define promotions that will uplift ARPU within segments via targeted CVM.
  • Ad hoc analyses as required on churn, on usage, on lte boxes usage, or plan uptake and revenues.
  • Liaise with products to define new products for prepaid and postpaid consumer and corporate. Execute business case for new products.
  • Provide Corporate with ad-hoc analyses on the base and products.
  • Provide data bases for different emailer campaigns to the base, outbound campaigns, upselling campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred and or equivalent technical qualification (s).
  • 3 years sales and commercial mobile in a service provider (Telecom, IT) environment.
  • Data mining capabilities and data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills at executive level as well as across all types of audiences.
  • Capability to work in multiple projects at a time and coordinate across teams
  • Data and trend analysis and ability to propose actions
  • Predominantly 8am 5pm; may be required to work outside the set work hours to meet deadlines where necessary
  • Expected to operate within an open concept office environment
  • Will have to work outside the office regularly to validate market execution potential customers.
