Description

We're currently looking to hire a Sales Coordinator for our business. This role is primarily an operations role and is focused on order entry, order tracking, vendor interactions, and ensuring customer needs are met.

Position: Sales Operations Coordinator LATAM

Work Hours: M-F, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, EST.

Holidays: US holidays.

Pay Range: $1,600 USD monthly.

Type of contract: Independent contractor

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team by managing incoming inquiries, and creating sales documents, and proposals.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the sales team in the preparation of regular sales reporting.
  • Generate and place purchase orders with vendors.
  • Monitor PO status with several key vendors and report status to customers.
  • Maintain order status reports and provide regular updates both internally and externally.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for customers on sales-related inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Enter and update customer information in the company CRM to maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in the maintenance and expansion of the company's customer base.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the management team.
  • Ensure the availability of promotional materials and samples for such events.
  • Work closely with the manufacturing, accounting, and logistics teams to streamline the sales process.
Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support or sales coordination, preferably within the textile or relevant industries.
  • Familiarity with the textile, construction, or government sectors is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
