Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manages assigned customers and budget base; pursues and secures businessin line with the business objectives.
  • Probes and identifies customer needs and provide E2E solutions.
  • Builds a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base.
  • Communicates significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned accounts.
  • Researches and understands the territory to identify and establish
  • business contacts with potential customers.
  • Researches and analyses competitive and industry trends.
  • Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality.
  • Is typically responsible for medium impact customers to the business in any size cluster.
  • Manage and develop the relationship with contractual customers in line with Maersk/global strategy.
  • Develop the value proposition to match customers' needs both locally and by engaging the network.
  • Work closely with the local product organization to drive revenue growth and support the local product P&L. 
  • Develop a business plan for increasing overall supply chain share of wallet and position logistic & services products.
  • Support the overall customer experience and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure successful business onboarding and contract compliance, among other responsibilities.

Requirements:

In this role you ought to be passionate about Building agile solutions for our customers, as well as an active hunter on bringing new opportunities to the organization. For you, providing a great customer experience is non-negotiable, through every step of our product and solutions life cycles. You are highly independent and eloquent, convincing, easy going and senior relationship builder, enjoy working at a fast pace with multiple stakeholders, dealing with change and a touch of uncertainty.

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:

  • At least 10 years of experience in similar roles
  • Track record of success around closing LCL, Ocean, XB and landside business and experience with local decision-making organizations.
  • Experience working with CRM's
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix and to foster long-term relationships with internal teams, clients and candidates
