Senior Manager - Service Applications Manager

Location: Mexico City - Hybrid work.
We are seeking a Senior Manager - Service Applications Manager.
The Ideal resource should have good understanding of one or multiple functional modules. The Resource should have experience of working in SAP Operations setup with good understanding of ITSM Processes. Prior experience of working in pharma industry will be added advantage.
This role will work directly with DDIT and APD team and reports to the Director APD LDC Operations Lead
APD ERP Operations Services.

Your responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of automation activities and ensure their stability, integrity and business continuity. Ensure services are delivered to the agreed SLA, including reviewing supplier performance based on the agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Launching of innovative technology solutions across Novartis at scale.
• Developing business impact and value generated from TT solutions.
• Adopting and developing Agile methodology, productization and DevSecOps practices.
• Ensuring operations stability and effective risk management.
• Providing and validate efforts and feedback on customer experience.

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent technical field.
• Hands on working Experience in One or More SAP Functional modules - SD, MM, APO , PPQM or any other Supply chain modules.
• Prior experience of working in SAP Operations preferably as Service operations expert / Team lead etc
• Good Understanding of ITSM Processes
• Vendor management Skills , Experience of working with External Vendors & managing them
• Good English verbal & written Communication Skills
• Good Stakeholder management Skills
• Self-motivated with Ability to work Independently.
• Good Collaboration Skills
Good to Have
• Knowledge or experience of SAP S/4 HANA
• Experience of working in Pharma industry
• Knowledge of ABAP , Interfaces , Security.
