Digital Delivery Operations (DDO) is one of the fastest growing teams within the Managed Services organization. Our mandate is to manage E2E delivery operations for HP's contractual services business, focusing on contractual servicing offerings for enterprise Tier 1 accounts in the commercial domain, as well as internal HP employees.Job specifics/responsibilities:- Management of a structured Service Catalogue of commercial customer capabilities
- Program management for commercial deals enablement / implementation of DDO services
- Pursuit / pre-sales support for solution design on new commercial opportunities, leveraging the Service Catalogue information
- Manage a Service Catalogue of commercial service capabilities.
