Accountabilities:
As a Global Pipeline & Delivery Lead for the Robotic & Cognitive Centre (RCC), you will be responsible for generating, prioritizing, and delivering an innovative pipeline of process improvement and automation opportunities. You will partner with key stakeholders to build relationships and ensure we deliver a brilliant customer experience throughout delivery. You will also have overarched responsibility for ensuring adherence to the standardized RCC approach in collaboration with Process Solutions Operations and enabling teams.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Strong leadership skills with line management experience (global line mgmt. experience strongly preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing & presentation / oral communication skills
- Significant experience of high value change projects including process automation & execution (e.g. RPA, BPM Tools)
- Proven experience in the analysis & re-design of complex, multi-function business processes, leveraging recognized business process re-engineering techniques, e.g. Lean, Six sigma, Kaizen expert
- Demonstrated experience of leading high-profile projects / change management activities
- Energetic and self-motivated, with strong analytical & prioritization skills
- Thrives in a fast paced and evolving environment and is willing to adapt responsibilities to meet organizational strategic priorities and scaling needs
- Willingness to undertake some domestic / international travel (as required)
