  • Act as Commercial Platform focal point for regional IT/Digital teams.
  • Manage project delivery including solution design, development, technical specs, prototyping, technical and integration support.
  • Collaborative attitude, fantastic communication skills, and a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to establish and cultivate effective cross-functional working relationships with team members
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Teamwork, team management and leadership skills
  • Independently make decisions and drive any aspect of deployment at the team and management level as well as at the project level.
  • Lead communication and solution delivery with cross-functional operating teams
  • Communicate status, risks with resolution plan, upcoming milestones, and recent releases to leadership teams
  • Manage resolution of urgent engineering issues while communicating changes to business stakeholders
  • Provide high-touch and hands-on team guidance, support, and coaching in close cooperation and collaboration across all roles and functions, to facilitate increasing maturity at a sustainable pace.

Skills Must have

  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience with Sales Cloud
  • Commercial Platform focal point for regional IT/Digital teams.

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Able to garner respect throughout the organization at all levels.
  • Communicative and facilitative
  • Able to communicate well with all levels of the organization from team members to executives.
