The Role
As a Service Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct research, develop personas, create user flows, and design experiences across devices (Android & iOS). What whill you do with us?
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research to inform design decisions.
- Create user flows, use case diagrams, and scenarios to illustrate user interactions cross platform.
- Map current and future customer journeys.
- Document experience requirements and needs.
- Create wireframes or prototypes based on user needs and tasks.
- Transform business needs and user insights into innovative concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure final concepts comply with Product Design best practices and user needs.
Basic qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience as a Service Designer.
- Fluent in Spanish with good communication skills in English.
Preferred qualifications include
- A strong portfolio demonstrating service design in fintech, banking or related industries.
- Ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Experience conducting usability testing and analyzing data.
- Familiarity with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Google drive, confluence etc.
