Description:
Digital Marketing Specialist to participate in our company's digital advertising campaigns. Your main responsibilities include monitoring online consumer behavior and working with the team to create campaigns to increase site traffic and sales and helping maintain our brand by working on design, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels: organic search, paid search, and display advertising, email, and social media. Our ideal candidate can proactively research market trends and create/optimize product campaigns. We would like a creative team player with a passion for Digital Marketing to become a pivotal part of our marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Create and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns across multiple channels and platforms
- Ad Copywriting & Content Creation
- Develop Visual Assets for Digital Campaigns
- Administer Websites & Publish Content
- Monitor & Optimize Marketing Campaigns
- Communicate Marketing Campaigns Results
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required. Certificates in fields related to Digital Marketing and website development/optimization are also helpful.
- At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field. Social media marketing experience is beneficial.
- Advanced Knowledge in Search engine optimization (SEO), Pay-per-click Advertising (PPC) across multiple ad networks, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Paid social advertising.
- Use of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to optimize their marketing funnels and improve landing page conversion rates.
- Data Analysis –use data analytics to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
- Email Marketing –design email marketing campaigns, then support them by writing newsletters and lead nurturing emails that keep prospects engaged until they are prepared to buy.
- Social Media Marketing –expertise in growing high-quality followers and building engagement across main social channels.
- Content Marketing –familiar with the process of content marketing and how to create content that is memorable, shareable, useful, and drives genuine engagement from interested audiences.
- Website CMS (content management systems) and HTML & CSS knowledge
