Salario- Lead engineering projects for new and established products.
- Offering guidance, support, and expertise to junior engineers, assisting with problem-solving, and ensuring engineering best practices are followed.
- Supervise projects made thru software such as Creo, CAD, Bills of Materials, and GD&T.
- Ensures resilient product design that fulfill market demands and cost objectives.
- Facilitates collaboration with diverse stakeholders and efficiently aids local plant operations.
- Intermittent travel for meetings, guiding projects, and liaising with team members and suppliers.
- 5 years of experience developing new products (NPD).
- Strong Analysis of Design Interfaces and Design methodologies such as DFSS, CPK, etc.
- Proficient in CREO.
Advanced experience in manufacturing processes, casting processes, prototypes, qualification testing, 3D printing, tolerance analysis,etc.
- Experience in engineering process and product development phases.
- Experience in the metalworking industry.
- Advanced English.
- Must hold visa and passport.
- Effective communication and collaboration to work effectively with others to achieve project goals.

- Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 + Benefits above the law.
