Working as a vital member of the Project Execution team in Electrification Business at Apodaca City, you will be assisting project managers to coordinate and execute projects and effectively communicating appropriate project information and customer feedback to internal project stakeholders.In this role you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.
Offers technical advice and provides comment on specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB products/systems/applications and provides technical support during technical meetings, product presentations and negotiations.Performs analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs and proposes technical solutions for complex enquiries.Plans and implements multiple simultaneous electrical projects at various customer work sites in the US, including the activities of staff and subcontractors and identifies and manages opportunities to expand projects in ways that bring value to our customer and satisfy profitability requirements, including change orders. Meets or exceeds loading targets based on team requirements. Electrical projects will be focused on the commercial construction markets and may include, but are not limited to, retail, airports, entertainment, hospitals, education (schools, colleges, universities), multi-story residential and water/waste-water treatment plants. Serves as the primary customer contact for the duration of each project. May commission, resolve specification issues, handle correspondence, provide periodic updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate/coordinate with staff as appropriate. Prepares and delivers technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues. Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineer or Similar.Three to five years of experience in Project Management.Experience working with some ERP (SAP, Oracle or similar) and Microsoft Office.Experience working with Salesforce is desirable.Advanced English level.Great customer service skills, self-driven, organized and proactive.
