We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Talent Acquisition Analyst
Role purpose
A Talent Acquisition Analyst supports the Recruitment team by performing administrative tasks throughout the Hiring process of HSBC. The main purpose of the Talent Acquisition Analyst is to collaborate with Recruiters and Stakeholders, including communication with candidates and Hiring Managers, ensuring to fulfill strictly all requirements related to HSBC Policies and procedures prior to Candidates start date.
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Create, validate requisitions, pre-fill HR Interview guides and trigger any approval needed for every Hiring request
- Attach to our Recruitment system all the evidences required to accomplish with Global and Local audit requirements
- Trigger and follow up Background checks requests when applicable
- Coordinate with Recruiters, Stakeholders, Hiring Managers and Candidates to successfully integrate employees to their new HSBC team
- Onboard new hires and internal movers, keeping them updated regarding their Onboarding Process
- Problem solving regarding different kind of issues (System or policy issues)
- Develop and update Onboarding materials
- Database management
