This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient replenishment of Banknotes of foreign and national currencies across the entire national territory. You’ll develop and implement supply chain strategies, with a focus on push and pull methodologies.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the Treasury Manager in the funding and collection strategies of our own stores.
• Provide support to the Treasury Manager in making decisions about the liquidity of our own stores.
• Supervise and reconcile the cash flow transported by armored trucks, as well as its accounting in our ERP system.
• Prepare a report of expenses generated by Armored Truck.
• Provide support in the annual renewal of contracts with the cash-in-transit companies.
• Prepare and manage all aspects related to the cash flow (Actual & Forecast)
• Responsible for preparing the bank commission report.
• Supervise and resolve operating issues with bank partners and armored truck companies.
• Responsible for generating payments in Oracle and Banks for compliance with obligations with third parties (commissions, suppliers and others).
• Keep payment KPIs updated to third parties.
• propose improvements to Treasury operational processes (Robots, etc.)
• Ensure accurate maintenance of bank account, balance, bank/Treasury.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering or related and 4 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management. Specialization logistics is a plus.
• Strong background in logistics and supply chain management.
• High level of financial knowledge and understanding potential impacts on financial statements.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to quickly digest information and come up with a resolution or decision.
• Have strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel advanced. BI solutions expertise is a plus.
• Oracle intermediate knowledge is required (Iprocurement Purchase & Payables Payment Processor).
• Intermediate / Advanced English level is required.
• Familiarity with currency banknotes importation process is a plus.
• Able to build and leverage relations with key suppliers (Banks & Armored Trucks).
