Our Finance team serves as a critical business partner responsible for managing all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, and tax.
What will I be doing?
As Treasury Analyst you would be responsible for managing and performing all treasury operations of our Mexico and Caribbean Managed hotels in the continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and maintaining accurate control environments. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Payments to all Hotels’ stakeholders. Including but not limited to suppliers, Government agencies, Team Members, and Ownership Groups.
- Initiating treasury transactions in local and foreign financial institutions, using electronic banking
- Be the treasury advisor to Hotel and Office’s teams
- Bank accounts reconciliations
- Accounting records ensuring treasury transactions are recorded in Hotels’ financial systems
- Reporting to Treasury Supervisor

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
6 months minimum of related experience, including internships (Example: Accounting, Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliations)
Work a hybrid office schedule based in our office in Mexico City, Mexico a minimum of 3 days per week.
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
