Eli Lilly Italia is looking for a Workforce Data Analyst – Associate that, as part of the HR Organization team, aims at ensuring the right tools, methodologies, and processes are in place in order to safeguard the long-term sustainability of the organization while carrying on duties and projects in the HC planning domain.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and update periodic summaries and tables on HC evolution and forecast to be shared with the Headquarter and Leadership team
Ensure the constant and effective monitoring of the HC vs targets and provide timely and reliable C&B/OPEX cost analysis and monitoring on a regular basis and for specific projects or needs, always in close partnership with Finance Dept
Basic Requirements:
Education Level: University Master’s Degree
Experience: at least 1 year working as Planner, Data or Financial Analyst
Languages: proficient in English
Advanced Excel skills and Database Management
Good Power BI setting skills

This is an on-site based position with the opportunity to work remotely 1 day per week.
The position offers a fixed term 12-month contract through external agency under the B2 level of the Chemical Pharmaceutical National Collective Labor Agreement (Contratto di 12 mesi in Somministrazione, livello di inquadramento B2 CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico).
