•Manage a portfolio of clients who act as your main commercial point of contact.
•Understand business needs, success criteria and customer KPIs to develop customer success plans (executable models to achieve mutual success).
•Link and prescribe the adoption and use of product features/functionalities and services to the achievement of key customer business outcomes.
•Drive customer benchmarking capability and continuous improvement.
Specific
•Prepare and deliver territorial plans to define account strategies and align resources.
•Work as a team and establish shared responsibility with adjacent functions at key points of the customer experience.
•Forecasting and renewal practices that provide high retention rates and recurring revenue growth.
•Demonstrations to identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and drive incremental bookings. •Renewal of the Genesys Cloud installed base.
•Monthly newsletters on new features of the company's portfolio. •Exhibition of new functionalities to the client
