We are looking for an Account Manager, you will be capable to develop and drive the execution of the strategic and operational account plan aligned to Tetra Pak and the customer's business objectives. In this position, you will be the key point of contact for the customer, looking to ensure that their issues are resolved in a timely manner, and accepted by them. By ensuring that the relevant Tetra Pak portfolio is deployed in full, you will drive sales of our full portfolio by meeting competitive requirements and delivering a strong value proposition. You will build strong customer relationships and achieve sustainable growth by identifying and capturing short-, medium and long-term business opportunities.The position is based in Polanco Mexico City, Mexico. You may be required to travel 30% of your time: national.Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. 


As Account Manager you will: 

  • Account Management: Together with the customer, drive the development and execution of the account plan.
  • Agree on shared objectives and targets with the customer. 
  • Drive mutual sustainable growth.
  • Relationship Management: Drive improved understanding of the customer and overall business across the value chain. 
  • Identify customer needs and drive opportunities in line with Tetra Pak global business strategy, category, portfolio, processing, and Tetra Pak Services plans.
  • Sales Forecasting (Capital Equipment and Packaging Material): Secure accurate Sales Forecasting for the assigned accounts. 
  • Ensure that the account receivable expectations are met.
  • Value Selling: Drive execution of sales targets for packaging solutions and processing. Manage the opportunity pipeline.
  • Coordinate cross functional activities: Ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and subsequently accepted by the customer.
  • Portfolio Deployment: Ensure that the relevant Tetra Pak portfolio is deployed and delivers a strong value proposition.


  • Bachelor’s or Engineering degree related career for example: Industrial, Chemical, Business, Business Administration, Marketing or related
  • Be fluent in speaking and writing English is a must.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Demonstrable skills in Value Selling, Account Management, Business Development, technical sales are required. 
  • Proven experience dealing with relevant stakeholders.
  • Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, Word), Sales force, Power BI is required. 
  • Understanding of local market / customers
  • Global strategic business mindset 
  • Excellent communication skills
