Accounts Payable Operations Manager

Your Role

You will be responsible for executing the full end to end, procure to pay process in collaboration with the global services unit for region Asia Pacific while migrating tasks from the countries to the Knowledge Center in Cebu, Philippines. You are responsible for the delivery of operational excellence through your team by providing leadership + direction, while continuously optimizing production costs. Your focus will be on constantly developing finance knowledge center activities through enhancing operational capability + delivery of increased profitability, balancing between cost-efficiency + high-quality processing.

Your Responsibilities

1. To ensure operational excellence through high quality supplier management + internal services.
2. To oversee and execute the full spectrum of Accounts Payable activities – Knowledge Center scope for Asia Pacific.
3. To liaise with related vendors + suppliers in a professional + timely manner as required.
4. Establish relationships with suppliers, while resolving payment escalations from vendors and internal stakeholders within pre-defined KPI.
5. Improve operational performance of the team by driving productivity in line with agreed SLA.
6. To prepare account reconciliations for vendors + suppliers, including performing investigations where necessary.
7. To drive discussions related to AP issues, sharing regular updates with internal stakeholders and handling escalations from suppliers.
8. Ensure compliance with country regulations across ASP for Accounts Payable activities.

Your Skills and Experiences

1. Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any related accounting course is required
2. P2P end to end - experience managing a team for at least 4 years
3. Experience in driving Global Business Services or Shared Services
4. Motivates a team and has strong leadership skills.
5. Overall finance experience 6 or more years
6. With project management experience 2-3 years
7. Ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple stakeholders at the same time
