Job Summary
As the After Sales Marketing Manage r you will lead the development and implementation of marketing initiatives aimed at promoting aftersales services parts and accessories You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to drive brand loyalty increase customer retention and maximize revenue opportunities within the aftersales division
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy Develop comprehensive afterSales Marketing strategies and plans to promote services parts and accessories to existing and potential customers
- Campaign Management Plan and execute marketing campaigns promotions and product launches ensuring alignment with business goals and budget constraints
- Customer Engagement Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction including loyalty programs feedback mechanisms and personalized communications
- Digital Marketing Oversee digital marketing efforts including website management email marketing social media and online advertising to drive traffic and conversions
- Content Creation Create and manage marketing content including product descriptions blog posts videos and other collateral materials
- Market Research Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement
- Data Analysis Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and make datadriven decisions
- Budget Management Manage the marketing budget efficiently ensuring costeffectiveness and ROI on marketing activities
Collaboration Work closely with the sales aftersales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field Masters degree or relevant certifications are a plus
