As a Trade National Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for Electrical wholesalers and direct Private projects in Mexico, managing the 9 sales representatives and the Channel marketing activities.

What you'll do
This role is responsible for leading, directing, and motivating the regional sales team to achieve sales and bottom-up objectives:
- Responsible for implementing locally relevant distribution strategy to drive sales growth and market share
- Delivers operational targets as defined by the Commercial Leader of the channel
- Manages sales team to achieve sales targets and implement BMC key initiatives if relevant for the area
- Manages customer's offer performance
- Delivers on AOP targets
- Achieves revenue, margins, and sales productivity efficiency targets within the assigned geographical area
- 8+ years of proven track record in key account management and consultative selling principles in a fast-paced technology industry
- Experience in selling complex offerings consisting of multiple building blocks - e.g., diverse hardware, software, servicing
- Key account planning skills and focus on strategic relationship development
- Skilled in one-to-many negotiations, able to create demand for solutions by leveraging empathy and trust-based relationships
- Financial acumen and commercial savviness
- Level Differentiators (Dimensions relating to accountability)
- Experience in Distribution/Wholesalers
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and Excel (Advanced) is a plus
- English is required
