About You :
- As a Data Analyst, your primary goal will be to manage and analyze large operational and financial data sets to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for identifying trends, conducting predictive analyses, and making data-driven recommendations. It would be best if you were adept at financial data analysis, with an eye for detail and accuracy. Experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a related field, along with deep technical skills, is highly valued.
About the Role:
- Develop and maintain monthly advanced dashboards and detailed reports to monitor division performance.
- Analyze operational, performance and financial data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure data quality and accuracy during Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and preparation of the latest outlook.
- Complete monthly the preparation and explanations about the main variance between actual figures vs AOP, the Latest Estimation, and the Previous Year.
- Engage in BI tools implementation and user training.
- Actively participate in the Record to Report process, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial data working closer with main support or administrative teams.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams in Guadalajara and share services center to streamline and enhance reporting processes.
Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages:
- Degree in Fiance-Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Finance analytics, FP&A, data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Superb communication in English and Spanish.
