Responsibilities:
- The Product Performance Management Analyst is a developing professional roles that partners with more senior team members to deliver across product disciplines, assist in the ownership of the product(s) and monitoring drivers for performance
- Working on the ongoing performance and maintenance of a product or set of products, including client experience, pricing, risk and distribution
- Applies disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function
- Integrates industry knowledge and research within product performance area and requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinates and contributes to the objectives of the function and overall business
- Evaluates variable issues that impact team performance
- Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources
- Assists in the implementation of performance improvement strategies, with a specific focus on cross-sell and integration, including the development of competitive analyses, market analyses, product development road maps, market plans, pricing strategies and product line extensions
- Assists sales and relationship managers in building skills needed to identify client needs, and proposes solutions in line with business objectives
- Participates in ongoing performance and maintenance of a product or set of products, including client experience, pricing, risk and distribution
- Prepares materials for the Product Approval Program and related processes
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years relevant experience
- Understanding of Product Management and/or Product Development discipline
- Understanding of logistics or Industrial verticals experience with e-commerce solutions preferred
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Ability to applies judgment to solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives
- Use quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative solutions
- Ability to apply creativity to problem analysis and resolution in complicated and/or novel situations
- Diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers
- Demonstrates confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior managers
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

- Actualización de diferentes materiales para áreas de servicio (CAT, Sucursales, Aclaraciones, Portal, etc.) sobre el servicio de portabilidad de nómina
- Envió de comunicados, modificaciones a los SLMD del área
- Envío de notificaciones regulatorias recopilando las evidencias para ser entregadas a MCA en un tiempo determinado,
- Renovaciones de VoBo a materiales diversos para el proceso de Portabilidad,
- Seguimiento y actualización al benckmark así como otras iniciativas estratégicas (encuestas) que se tienen
SE REQUIERE:
- Conocimiento Office Intermedio-Avanzando (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, cruce de información, gráficas, presentaciones ejecutivas)
- Comunicación clara, precisa, concreta, análisis, síntesis, toma de decisión
- Licenciatura o experiencia equivalente
- Preferentemente con experiencia bancaria o financiera en administración de Procesos y desarrollo de producto
- Preferentemente conocimiento en las áreas de servicio al cliente (Centro de Atención Telefónica, Sucursales y Quejas / Aclaraciones)
