How you will contribute to our magical experience?:
The HR Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting HR processes that includes: cultural awareness, business management, client service, internal communication, and managing HR systems and data driven initiatives.
The HR Analyst will be responsible for:
- Designing, implementing and monitoring a variety of human resource programs.
- Responsibilities are within the Human Resources Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines.
- Partnering with HRBPs for the development of business strategies that boost productivity and growth.
- Working on research and development of policies for people and Human Resources management and provide such technical solutions that can help in achieving the employee initiatives and campaign goals.
- Closely work with HR teams to keep the work focus on HR responsibilities like talent acquisition, employee performance management, compensation and rewards, and employee career development.
- Support on daily operational tasks to promote Disney culture and employee engagement.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or similar tools.
- Strong communication, proactive, organized yet flexible, team player and client service oriented.
- Intermediate level of English.
