Your Role
To support the financial reporting, management analysis and controlling function across the cluster. To support Team Lead. To drive billing excellence and commercial issue resolution.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure on time and accurate billing
- Chase on invoice approval and take corrective actions through EDI Troubleshooting\
- Statement of account management
- Analyze, design, develop and implement simple to complex billing solutions
- To support senior team members in handling daily accounting operation and month-end closing
- Provide assistance in resolving simple to complex commercial issue
- Coordinate with overseas offices for billing-related matters
- Communicate with other departments and external parties about complex accounting issues
Your Skills and Experiences
- Professional education or degree in Accounting
- Bachelor's Degree is desirable
- Good communication skills
- Experience in Finance and/or Marine Logistics is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Finance system knowledge
- Attention to details and good numerical sense
- Team player
