We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Assistant Controller, based in Cd Juarez, Chih.
As Assistant Controller will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a Plant Controller.
Your tasks will be:
- Understanding and coordination of all parties involved in gathering all products costs. With the end objective of having accurate, complete and timely cost by part number.
- Assist in action plans for CM improvements by BOM & runtimes Review.
- Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Year – end Financials delivery including explanations to the main gaps to the prior versions.
- Responsible to comply with policies and procedures related to the environmental and quality management system procedures and policies.
- Annual Budget process. Assist to the controller in the financial planning budget for the full year period.
- Weekly and Monthly Financial forecast delivered to the site controller and explanations to the main deviations in comparison to the forecast prior versions and actual vs forecast variances.
To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have
- Education in Engineering or any related field.
- Computer package management.
- 2 years minimum in a maquiladora environment desired.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- English Advanced level.
- Good customer service.
