The Opportunity:
Mattel is currently seeking a temporary Business Analyst IT ; this role will be a member of a dynamic team and be responsible of having key communication witH teams.
What Your Impact Will Be
- Support for Business processes specifically for the regions of Colombia and Peru, to never stop the operation, providing continuity and giving confidence to the business of having robust and available support.
- Understanding incidents and problems, identifying priorities and emergencies, deciding what to attend to first by level of urgency and impact.
- Incident support, following delivery standards according to SLAs.
