Channel Sales Manager Canal Turístico (Mexico City)
Ciudad de México. Hybrid Modality (2 days on site).

We are looking for a great team player to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Banana Boat, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare… just to name a few!).

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business...

Reporting to our National Sales Director this position will design, implement, manage, and control the sales strategy at the company to achieve results in all incumbent retail environments, not just related to volume, but also in terms of profitability, adhering to the commercial budget assigned to him/her, and a market share that is aligned with the strategy defined in the annual plan. Building strong commercial relationships at a Sub-Direction or Direction levels across all functional areas of our customers.

This position also generates channel vision and short- and long-term retail environment strategy to develop profitable growth in the channel and in top customers, assuring the achievement of commercial and financial targets.


Develop the Customer development (Sales) Annual Business Plan and Develop winning business strategies for all channels and customers.

Works as a team with the Marketing and Trade areas, to define and implement growth strategies by brand, channel, and geographic area. 

Along with Trade, leads the category implementation processes and shopper/Merchandising Execution guidelines for all our brands.

This position will lead 2 Key Account Managers.

Travels upon business needs (domestic and international)

Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods company:


In addition, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

- Business Bachelor Degree or similar.
- Fluid English Level. (This will be proven in a phone call)
- Experience in FMCG (Consumo masivo) companies. (This is a must)
- 2-3 solid years of experience managing teams.
- At least 5 years of solid experience working with Distributors, Hospitality regional Accounts or Department Stores.
- Good communication skills
- Advanced or Intermediate fluid Excel level.
- At least 5 years of experience in:Sales strategies development, Annual business plan management, Strong negotiation, Manage and understanding of statistic report (Sindicated Data) and Exhibition and merchandising strategies
