This role is expected to manage Combustion Modules within the Campania Engineering Center Organization.
Essential Responsibilities
Technical Reference within the engineering organization for all the engineering activities relevant to the assigned Module.
Drive the program through Engineering process, ensuring full respect of the objectives of performance, costs, schedule and quality.
Focused on team engagement, problem solving, technical guidance and support
To act as Module Team Leader for the innovation roadmap of Combustion Modules
Lead concept design phase of Combustion Modules
Lead and coordinate the Engineering activities
To be part of the Program Team together with the other company functions
Proactively contribute to the Operative plan definition and budgeting forecasting process;
Issue the technical documents relative to the components evolutions and the specifications towards suppliers
Prepare and monitor the overall actions and milestones in line with the Operative plan
Organize and manage all the technical reviews according to the plan assuring the attendance of the proper Reviewers; monitor closure of all the relevant action items
Collaborate with GSC to assure hardware availability in time to support program needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
Engineering Master degree from an accredited university. Aeronautical/Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Fluency in English (speaking and writing/reading)
Work Visa, according to local regulation, is required
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of design process
