DirecciónIf you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Human Resources team as a Commercial HRBP Manager for Mexico. You’ll be responsible for drive HR (Human Resources) agenda and execute all HR processes, initiatives and day by day activities across the business (Commercial + Customer Service & Logistics). Also, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, find the solution through of the partnership with HR COEs (Center of Expertise) and deliver customized solutions and programs to the business according to the strategy and needs.
This hybrid role is located in Querétaro with the expectation to be in the office and/or cedis 2 days per week / 3 days at home office – subject to change. Based on your performance, you’ll have the opportunity to grow in your role. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with the leadership team: execute short and long-term HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives.
- Act as an organizational & simplification champion: builds organizational capabilities, reduces complexity and partners with business to maximize team performance.
- Be the point of contact: for employees to understand the needs and provide solution.
- Coordinate talent management agenda: through performance cycle, succession planning and talent development strategies.
- Lead critical HR productivity KPIs: headcount, people cost, attrition rate, and people analytics.
- Execute all HR subsystems/process and practices: ensuring alignment with HR policies and COEs (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, payroll, and OD & Learning).
- Applies analytics and metrics: to business challenges.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree
- English fluency
- Consultant HR experience (in organizational development and change management)
- +5 years of experience in a Human Resources function as HR Business Partner, supporting commercial.
- Ability to function independently coupled with the willingness to make decisions based on available data.
