The Role

• Maintaining administrative governance over the marketing technology applications, including identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical and user issues.
• Developing and documenting procedure and processes as needed to establish consistent use of the marketing technologies applications.
• Work with web, marketing, UX, and business teams
  to implement, maintain, and update the marketing technology applications.
• Recommending future improvements to the marketing technology applications including features, workflow, integrations, and user experience.
• Create and maintain reporting and monitoring for application usage, performance, and up time.

Are You a Fit?

• You have a deep understanding of hosted Martech applications.
• You know how to present data in a meaningful way.
• You possess enough technical skill and knowledge to communicate clearly and understand engineering.
• You possess the ability to develop and maintain effective, positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• You have experience working with workflow and procedure analysis, including developing internal tools training and materials.
