DirecciónEssential Responsibilities
- Commercial risk analysis: Analysis, revision, comments of tenders/contract drafts relating to commercial/legal, tax, costs risks, liaise with legal department when needed, support in customer negotiation when needed.
- Contract management: contractual guidance throughout the project lifecycle, interpretation of contract conditions for all business units at site for projects worldwide, drafting & executing contract amendments.
- Claim Management: developing of a claim strategy in close cooperation with project team, claim correspondence.
- Bank guarantees/Letter of Credit (L/C): Revision of bonds/L/Cs wording, clarifying related contractual requirements, bonds/L/Cs application, release of bonds, , support in customer negotiation related to bonds/LCs.
- ITC Focal at site: First contact point regarding compliance with export regulations of Switzerland, EU, USA, knowledge and implementation of GE compliance and export guidelines incl. anti-boycott issues, contact with Swiss authorities for any export clarifications.
- Taxes: Support of local teams in tax related matters.
- Insurance: Support of sales/PM in insurance related matters.
- Secretary of Board of Directors: preparation of meetings and relevant documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Ideally Business graduate or lawyer.
- At least 5 years of experience in export business export contracts, International Trade compliance, Incoterms, LCs, Export Risk Insurance SERV, Bank guarantees, good knowledge of project management.
- High autonomy combined with a proactive and pragmatic approach to work. Willingness to take over responsibilities.
- Fluent in German & English, Strong communication skills
