Job Overview:
Seeking a Senior Manager to lead contract negotiations, develop pricing strategies, and create innovative Commercial Offerings to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract management, focusing on renewals and negotiations for favorable terms.
- Ensure legal compliance of contracts in partnership with legal counsel.
- Standardize contracting processes with templates and checklists.
- Formulate competitive pricing models based on thorough cost, market, and competitive analysis.
- Develop new Commercial Offerings through market insights and customer feedback.
- Implement tracking systems for contract management and ensure adherence to obligations.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to align contractual and commercial efforts across departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Law; Master’s preferred.
- 4-5 years' experience in SaaS environment with contract negotiation expertise.
- Demonstrated success in complex deal-making.
- Knowledge of SaaS pricing models and financial fundamentals like unit economics.
- Familiarity with SaaS legal terms (MSAs & SOWs).
- Proven leadership managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical abilities with strong communication skills.
