The Customer Service & Logistics Analyst of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics of Mexico, you will be responsible for helping to achieve sales objectives. This will be accomplished by attending to all customers and distributors through direct communication and meeting their logistical needs such as fulfilling all steps for product delivery and troubleshooting.
This position is a part of Mexico's Operations Team will be onsite and collaborate with customers in the Diagnostic Industry in Mexico in different activities that will be mentioned below. It includes performing a leadership role that fosters positive working relationships.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Interacts with customers over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review.
- Process sales order, document customer complaints, and respond to Customer Service needs, including billing, coordinate shipments with the 3PL, and basic product inquiries.
- Keep close communication with internal customers.
- Update backlog report and provide on timely manner to the customers.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Outstanding Customer Service.
- Capable to manage pressure.
- Teamwork skills.
- Bachelors' Degree required (Chemistry, Business administration, International Relations).
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- 5 years in a Customer-Service related role or other customer-facing activities.
- Knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Basic English.
