Job Description
Some of the roles key responsibilities are
- Answer incoming calls from the resident service line
- Help answer questions about resident lockout
- Email change, late payment fee processing
- Card disputes, chargebacks, and general concerns/issues
- Enter and ensure accurate information is recorded in the resident collection system
- Disseminate and calm residents who may have isolated incidents that need
- Process renewals when received; Enter all relevant data in Yardi
- Record any award amount, if applicable, due to a renewal promotion,
- Record a daily log to track tenant ledger adjustments (“TLA”)
- Record incidents and address to the respective teams.

Responder llamadas entrantes desde la línea de servicio de residentes- Ayudar a responder preguntas sobre bloqueo de residentes
- Cambio de correo electrónico, procesamiento de cargos por pagos atrasados
- Disputas de tarjetas, reversión de cargos e inquietudes/problemas generales
- Ingresar y garantizar que se registre información precisa en el sistema de recopilación de residentes
- Difundir y calmar a los residentes que puedan tener incidentes aislados que necesiten atención
inmediata para brindar la máxima calidad de servicio al cliente
- Procesar renovaciones cuando se reciban; Ingresar todos los datos relevantes en Yardi
- Registrar cualquier monto de concesión, si corresponde, debido a una promoción de renovación,
- Registrar un registro diario para el seguimiento de los ajustes del libro mayor de inquilinos (“TLA”) en lo que respecta a ajustes de alquiler, créditos y concesiones
- Registrar incidentes y dirección a los respectivos equipos.
