Your Role
The Customer Service Representative is accountable for maintaining excellent service levels for our internal and external customers through accurate data entry, continuous process improvement and the prompt resolution of issues.Your Responsibilities
- Respond knowledgeably and courteously to incoming calls and inquiries
- You provide updates on order inquiries
- Responsible for managing claims and investigation follow ups
- Assist other Customer Service Representatives in daily tasks
- Manage Service KPI’s and reporting metrics
- Expedite rush order requests and follow up
- Pursue continuous improvement initiatives to drive increased productivity and service levels
- Report to Customer Service Supervisor
- Monday- Friday 10am-6pm

Your Skills and Experiences
- Highschool or Equivalent
- 3+ years’ experience in warehousing
- 6+months of Customer Service
- Experience with Warehouse Management System
