Job Description

Our Customer Service Representatives are meaningful, supporting roles in our very fast growing RFID business. In this role you would be part of our global  high performing Customer Service Representative - RFID / Intelligent Labels.

As a Customer Service Representative you will further develop current and future business with our customers in Querétaro in our RFID business stream. As well you realize and develop new business relationships with current customers, improve added customer value by demonstrating our capabilities and building stronger customer intimacy. 

You will be based at our site in Querétaro and you will report directly to our Customer Service Manager.

Activities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Setting high standards in servicing our customers
  • Servicing orders and telephones accurately and in timely manner
  • Build strong professional relationship with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Daily contact and internal management of a designated group of customers
  • Liaising with internal customers and stakeholders
  • Working with sales representatives and supply chain team to achieve sales goals
  • Maintain company high organizational standards
  • Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, complete order fulfillment. 
  • Implement account service strategies. 
  • Principal liaison with marketing and sales for assigned customers. 
  • Implementation of marketing programs for assigned accounts. 
  • Support all aspects of service to the customer including, but not limited to: price quotes and quote follow-up, technical and product recommendations and sample department coordination. 
  • Initiate and implement initiatives which improve Customer Service and responsiveness. 
  • Coordinate with Logistics and Operations on capacity planning and scheduling. 
  • Champion customer needs and follow up on customer inquiries. ¥ Provide responsive order management support including order entry, or expediting and shipment information to customers. 
  • Proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives. 
  • Attend technical training seminars. 
  • Back-up team-members when workload makes this necessary. 
  • Partner with Inside Sales to assist in achieving sales goals. 

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING TO THE TEAM: 

Avery Dennison has a long history of being a market leader.  Your history is important to us. It should include the following: 

  • High School/College/University Degree is welcome
  • Previous work experience of 2+ years from a call center / internal sales / Customer Service function ideally within manufacturing/printing/packaging industry
  • Creativity and innovation, entrepreneurial spirit for growing the business
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • Strong interest and drive to identify/build and meet customer needs plus cultural empathy and team-player attitude to operate in complex multinational organization
  • Perform well at any situation and be able to handle a number of key tasks at a time
  • High degree of accuracy, good time-management and priority setting skills are important
  • Energetic, dedicated and enthusiastic work approach combined with good self management (without constant direct supervision) to meet deadlines and to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Strong cultural empathy and team-player, relationship-building attitude to operate in complex multinational organization
