The Digital Collections Specialist is responsible for assuring that payments are received from Ria customers, for remittances conducted via our online portal, where were unable to collect the funds using the account provided by the customer. Primary Responsibilities Manages billing of unpaid digital orders Reach out to Customers daily via phone/email- advising them of returned items Responsible for verifying the customer information and offering payment options Follow up on the recovery of funds and reactivation of Customer profiles Answer incoming calls, resolve customer inquiries, create and provide payment receipts to customers when requested Other Data entry Deliver a consistent and professional level of service at all times Achieve recovery targets and call quality objectives Handle each call promptly and in the correct manner, updating records accordingly. Input customer related data accurately and efficiently Take responsibility for resolving disputes, ensuring that caller concerns are actioned correctly and all parties are notified Manage difficult customers while remaining polite, tactful, honest, and firm Decide on the correct action when negotiating payments Have the ability to relate to people from a variety of different backgrounds Be persuasive, persistent and self-motivated. Show empathy, assertiveness, tact and Skills/Experience College Degree preferred Fluency in English and Spanish preferred Strong communication skills Must be detail oriented, with the ability to work independently Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Accounting/Finance/Banking Background preferred
